Dispatch & Timelines: All orders are compounded, inspected, and dispatched from our Mumbai studio within 1–2 business days. Express courier delivery across India typically arrives within 3–5 business days depending on your delivery pincode.

Shipping Charges: A standard flat shipping charge of ₹70.00 applies to all orders across India (both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery). We partner with premium express couriers to ensure your artisanal fragrances reach you swiftly and safely.

Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details and live AWB updates are sent via SMS/Email. You can also view live tracking updates directly inside your Account Dashboard.

Strict No Return & No Exchange Policy: Due to the personal, intimate nature of fine perfumes and concentrated attar oils, and to maintain uncompromising hygiene and quality standards, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy on all products once delivered. All sales are final.

Transit Damage or Defective Delivery: In the rare event that your bottle arrives damaged, broken, or leaking during transit, we will promptly arrange an expedited complimentary replacement bottle at zero additional cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video.

Reporting an Issue: To request an expedited replacement, please submit a claim via our dedicated Transit Damage Support with your Order ID, or share your unboxing video & photos directly with our support team via WhatsApp at +91 900 424 7700 for priority replacement dispatch.
